Spain and Albania set to clash in International Friendly this Saturday

Spain aim to continue hot streak, while Albania looks for upset

Spain will face Albania at the RCDE Stadium on Saturday in an International Friendly fixture. Spain enters the match looking to extend its winning streak to three games, following victories over Switzerland and Portugal in their previous friendlies. Meanwhile, Albania will be aiming to cause an upset and get a positive result ahead of their UEFA Nations League campaign.

Spain is currently ranked 8th in the FIFA World Rankings, while Albania sits at 66th. Spain has won the last three meetings between the two sides, with the most recent victory coming in a 2-1 win in a friendly in November 2018.

Both teams have announced their squads for the match, with Spain coach Luis Enrique naming a strong side that includes Sergio Busquets, Koke, and Dani Olmo. Albania coach Edoardo Reja has also named a strong squad, led by captain Elseid Hysaj and forward Armando Broja.

The match is expected to be a close affair, with Spain the slight favorites. However, Albania has a history of causing upsets, and they will be hoping to do so again on Saturday.
